Marc Yahnian
President of Critical Point Construction

Marc Yahnian is in charge of construction management,
new construction, bidding, scheduling and estimating.
In addition to this, Mr. Yahnian is in charge of daily
responsibilities at each job site. The superintendents
and project managers report to him. He acts as a liaison
between design team, client, investors and city staff.
He oversees and directs all pre construction services
for each project.
Mr. Yahnian has been in construction for over 25 years.
He has built custom homes, multifamily affordable
housing, schools and numerous commercial and industrial
buildings.
Mr. Yahnian has spent years working with public works
projects, which taught him to estimate in hard numbers
for bids. This ability alone is the type of protection
all owners and developers are looking for. His experience
in the construction industry has allowed him to handle
the most complex of problems. To date he has saved
owners hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Leslie Thomerson:
Vice President of Critical Point Construction
& Development, Inc. |
| Ms. Thomerson is in charge of new business development
and marketing. Ms. Thomerson works as a project lead
when necessary coordinating efforts between the project
managers, superintendents and sub contractors. Ms.
Thomerson has worked in the finance industry for over
15 years servicing southern California developers.
Her main duties consist of business development, team
lead, originating and closing of loans. She has previously
worked with such developers as Richmond American,
DR Horton, CNH Homes, Corman Leigh Communities, KB
Homes, Osborne Development and Pacific Communities.
She has over 16 years of working with high volume,
new business development and team coordinating. |
