COMPLETE ESTIMATES
  Critical point principals can develop conceptual, definitive and budget estimates in all fields and diciplines. All estimates are done in unit price and unit labor breakdown.

COST CONTROL WORK
  Critical point pricipals seek, through cost control support, to assist management in determining the profitability of any contruction project including:
- Development of a bid package
- Unit pricing of materials and labor
- Evaluation of incoming bids
- Forcasting
- Issuance of monthly cost reports
- Cash flow and budget analysis
- Change order preparation
- Productivity assessments and analysis of contractor’s bids and estimates

 
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT ASSISTANCE
  Any owner, depending on the size of the company or private project, may not have all of the technical capabilities to manage the various phases of their own projects. Construction projects involve a myriad of professionals, users, owners and contractors, each involved for profit at some phase of the completion. We can organize these parties as an independent representative to insure your best interests are covered and that the maximum profitability or unit mix is achieved. As your private consultant we can:

FIELD MANGEMENT SERVICES
  Critical point construction will hand over a turnkey completion of your project. Our evaluation and analysis of troublesome projects in the early stages will help to minimize your losses. We are experienced with a broad spectrum of construction difficulties and can provide the following services to resolve issues often encountered by financial institutions:
-perform on site inspections
-provide weekly reports
-coordinate activity undertaken by owners, design professionals and contractors.
-schedule and run meetings between all team members
-coordinate close outs for C of O.

 
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
  The task of a PM involving contractual agreements, pre construction planning, cost control, scheduling, organization and contract administration through completion, successfully executed, determines profitability on your project. Critical Point Construction will represent the client company to provide total project management by coordinating field and office operations to insure a successful project from project inception thru completion.

 
PROJECT PLANNING, SCHEDULING AND CONTROLS
 

Our involvement can start in the early stages of design through completion. We structure each project to reduce the risk of error that results most times from mismanagement of time, cost and manpower. Even sometimes the lack of understanding on the chosen PM’s part.

Here are some of the tools we put in place to insure that you are informed and the project runs smoothly:
- Regularly scheduled progress reports using one of two methods: CPM(critical path method or GANT
CHART. GANT is a bar chart method of depicting construction activities

Reports can include:
- Corrective action plan
- Scheduling for phase completions.
- Development of basic bar charts and flow curves of productiviy.
