stages of design through completion. We structure each project to
reduce the risk of error that results
most times from mismanagement of time,
cost and manpower. Even sometimes the
lack of understanding on the chosen PM’s
part.
Here are some of the tools we put in place
to insure that you are informed and the
project runs smoothly:

progress reports using one of two
methods: CPM(critical path method
or GANT
CHART. GANT is a bar chart method
